We see patients from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. We are closed for lunch from noon to 1 pm.

Directions:

From North Seattle or Hwy 520:

Take I-5 southbound to Stewart Street. Take Stewart to 4th Avenue. Turn right on 4th to Lenora. Building is on 4th & Lenora. Take Lobby elevator close to Starbucks to floor 21. Transfer elevator to 23rd floor.

From South Seattle:

Take I-5 northbound to Seneca Street. Take Seneca down to 4th. Go right on 4th Avenue to Lenora. Take Lobby elevator close to Starbucks to floor 21. Transfer elevator to 23rd floor.

From I-90:

Take Madison Street exit. Turn left on Madison down to 4th Avenue then turn right on 4th up to Lenora. Two blocks north of Macy's. Take Lobby elevator close to Starbucks to floor 21. Transfer elevator to 23rd floor.
